Dear Rahul, There is no such perfect formula for affiliate marketing website. Few affiliate marketing Experts says prepare a separate website for your each affiliate program. Other says establish yourself as a brand and then start promoting products. Few opt to write great review of that product and clock their links in that product review. All the three methods require a lots of targeted traffic to promote your website.
It does not matter you follow the conventional method or unconventional method to spread awareness about your product. It matter whether you are able to convey your message properly or not.

dear Pritam Sarkar, There are a lots of affiliate network working in india now a days, but most of them does not release the payment at the end of same month. The reason behind is- they want to protect against cyber fraud. To be very frank right now i am not using any indian affiliate network still i will recomment shaadi.com they release the payment in the coming month but this need a lots of targeted traffic.

Dear Murlidhar, In this comment reply it is not easy to solve your query still trying to address. Right type of traffic is the most crucial task for affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketer first of all create/attract a lots of visitor to their site, Give them something tempting/useful , establish relationship with the readers and later on show their product. Otherwise no one will purchase/ listen to purchase that item. Establish Relationship first. This is the Golden rule and second most important task is establish your own site, do not host on free server. ~rakesh
